Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original condition
- Product must be returned with original packaging and tags
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase or order number must be provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. Once your order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the product after delivery.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return due to hygiene or product type. This includes personalized items, final sale products, and items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
Refund Processing Time
After your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
